The manager, Ricardo, saved the day by getting us the right room and even giving us a discount, and the staff was super welcoming and quick to help us out. The resort itself was spot on, with clean and spacious rooms plus loads of activities to keep us entertained like the washer/dryer in the suite - so practical! Loved the four fab pools they had, plus the hotel's prime location near all the Disney parks and great dining spots. Only downside was the mattress was a bit uncomfortable, which I mentioned on my last day but couldn't get it swapped in time - that was a bummer, but the rest was 💯!

Our stay at Hilton Vacation Club Mystic Dunes Orlando was quiet, with easy parking. The renovated unit was comfy and clean, overlooking a lush golf course. The pools were a relaxing escape, though some were crowded. The area's nearby attractions like the Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park Zip Line added to our family bonding experience. The hotel offered bbq facilities and a sun terrace for added relaxation. Garbage pickup was a bit messy due to wild cats.

Fine base for celebrating birthday, felt like home. The room was well-equipped and large and with a great setup. The hotel was in a marvellous and beautiful location near to theme park, and stores and attractions and airport. Besides, Windsor Hills was 4 km away from the property. We stayed for trip and will be back.

The location is magnificent, in the clubhouse. Plus, it's in Celebration district, close to activities like returning mini gulf clubs and restaurants and supermarket and the resteraunts.

The villa I stayed in was so homely, with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area. The private balcony was my favorite spot for sipping morning coffee. It felt like a little home away from home.

I found the pool area a bit crowded for my liking.

The location was comfy for exploring Orlando. The room was large and with comfortable beds.

Some of the staff were a bit rude.

cleanliness, and well-kept property. close to the golf course. staff was excellent - with a two-bedroom villa that was super spacious and fully equipped. there were plenty of activities on site for the entire family - even on rainy days.
